Ship with a way back.
The release is part of the product. A deployment needs clear configuration, useful diagnostics and a recovery path someone can actually follow.
Make the system understandable
I map the applications, data stores and external dependencies before adding infrastructure. The aim is a deployment that fits the team's scale and operational capacity.
Build a repeatable release
Containers, environment separation and health checks make releases easier to reason about. Secrets stay outside images and source control; backups and restoration need explicit ownership.
- Docker and Coolify deployment workflows
- DNS, TLS, reverse proxies and private service networks
- Performance profiling and media optimization
- Health checks, logs, backup and rollback planning
Security is ongoing work
Least-privilege access, dependency updates and abuse controls reduce specific risks. We define the threat model and test failure paths; no stack or cache makes a product immune to every attack.
