Questions from the build.
The useful questions usually arrive when a working prototype meets a real constraint. These are the investigations behind the projects and writing on this site.
What belongs in the browser?
The BIM viewer began with a boundary problem: a heavy engineering file could not simply become a browser download. The case study follows the choice to convert once on the server, separate geometry from structured data, and preserve the connection between a selected object and its properties.
What happens when the network leaves?
A showroom tablet has to remain useful when connectivity drops. The retail kiosk work explores local data, cached assets, and recoverable synchronization. The related PWA article explains the operating model and its tradeoffs.
How do we know the AI is useful?
A good demo is a weak acceptance criterion. My practical focus is on grounded answers, representative test cases, cost boundaries, and clear escalation to a person. The article below explains the questions I ask before putting an AI feature into a production workflow.
